• Hope will ensure residents live in a safe and secure environment and suitable accommodation.

• We help individuals understand which housing benefits are available to them. Working with residents to make contact with government support such as housing benefit and Universal Credit.

• Helping residents with access to work programs and appropriate training. 

​

• Access to life skills, wellbeing and money management training as well as additional support. 

​

• We encourage residents to attend the job club, where they can find help to looking for work, interview skills, and CV writing. 

​ 

• Move-on accommodation services. In the second year with us at Hope, we will work towards ensuring residents move on to further accommodation depending on their needs. 

​
